Language change on a Miniso H-10

This question relates to connecting a Miniso H-10 BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

Earphone failed to change language from chinese to english evenghough i'd followed the manual (press hold multifunctional button + volume up). When I follow the instruction, only chinese language prompt is heard. Please help. Maybe you guys also know how to factory reset this thing? I could try that also to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

I bought it from the local miniso store here in Egypt

We dont have details on how to do this (if possible)... but if we here we will post here. Likewise if you find a solution please share!

Hold both multifunctional button and volume up button together for a few seconds and it should change the language.

I did it...Pressed both and hold it for a second the power button and volume up.it changed its language to english
