Laptop does not find Oontz curve

This question relates to connecting an Oontz Curve BUY NOW to a Dell Inspiron 7000 BUY NOW

Laptop searches for Bluetooth devices, can find other devices, but does not find the oontz curve

Hi Cheryl. Just to be sure, are you confident that you are initiating pairing on the Oontz Vurve correctly? For example, have you been able to pair it to a smartphone ?

I can pair the oontz with my iPhone and iPad. I can pair the laptop with my iPhone and iPad, but the laptop cannot find the Oontz.

Didn't fnd the answer you needed?   Try using our search at the top of the page to locate similar devices of the same brand. We also have a manual for at least one of the devices discussed in this question, maybe this can help?
