Onn 100002865 : Left earbud will no longer pair

Right earbud pairs when both are powered on but the left will only rapidly flash a pink light. How do I fix this?

Are you sure you paired both buds together BEFORE trying to pair to your phone? This is a common cause of this issue.

Thanks for the advice Chris. I finally got them working. They required a factory reset which the process was different than most earbuds. Most require you to power them down then hold the select button on each for 8 seconds. The Onns you have to power down, power back on, then press and hold each select button after they've powered on for 8 seconds. One extra easy to miss step

I have the same problem where right earbud pairs when both are powered on but the left will only rapidly flash a pink light and make beeping sound evert 5 seconds.

I found the manual here https://fccid.io/2ADTV-02865/User-Manual/User-Manual-4322936.pdf but I have not discovered a solution. I do not know how to factory reset. I have tried holding the power off both together, and they power off. When I turn them back on, they both say "Power on." After 8 seconds, the right says "Bluetooth connected" but the left starts beeping.
