Tzumi Sound Mates
We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
If you are unsure if your SoundMates are charging or what the light colors mean there is clarification of that here.
Apple iPhone X
Apple products such as iPhones, iPods and iPads are limited in terms of their ability to provide fairly standard Bluetooth functionality such as file sharing between devices, especially when the Apple device is connecting to a non-Apple device such as an Android smartphone. For details of the file sharing issue see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18884705/transfer-data-between-ios-and-android-via-bluetooth
There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!
The right one connects but the left doesnt even show up that its there. Ill turn only that one on sometimes to see and it wont even show up on Bluetooth only the right one

Are you sure you paired both buds together BEFORE trying to pair to your phone? This is a common cause of this issue.
