hello my name is telrina rossburden
i purchased my Lg Tone Infinim head set at T mobile DEC 2017
the left ear just stop working i love my head set and paid 150.00 for them i called where i got them from they told me i had to email my manufacturer.

The best thing to do is confirm for sure if they are faulty by checking how they sound on another phone or computer that you can pair them to. Assuming that the same issue occurs it would definitely sound like a wiring fault inside the unit, in which case you will have no option but to get them repaired.
