LG OM4560 : Won't connect to any device

This question relates to connecting a LG OM4560 BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

The speaker powers on with no problem, reads "BT Ready" on the screen. However, when trying to connect any device (tried Galaxy smartphone of two different generations, desktop computer, and Samsung tablet), the device says it can't connect. Connected just days ago to tablet with no difficulty whatsoever. Have tried turning all devices on and off again, including speaker, and unpairing other devices, nothing seems to work.

Unplug for five minutes, hold power button for 30 seconds while unplugged to reset.
