Why does my earbuds keep flashing a blue light when connected? Its really disturbing when Im with other people. How do I get it to stop flashing?

We aren't aware of a way to stop this but if we hear of one we will share!

The blue lights flashing while its connected just means that it is connected to Bluetooth. Theres no way to stop that from happening unless you cover of the light somehow.

I had a pair I bought in summer 2018 and there was never any flashing blue lights. On the pair I bought last week (Jan 2019) the flashing blue lights are constant. The lights reflect in my glasses and a very annoying.

Was it the same brand? Ive had Tzumi sound mates for a couple of months now and the blue light on the ear buds flashes every 10 seconds or so. I dont notice it unless its dark in the room

I have the same problem and theres no available solution, these pieces of junk are being returned
