I've had these headphones for several months and they paired and worked perfectly. I used them fine this morning (I only use them to listen to my TV.). This afternoon, no sound would come through the headphones. I checked and they say connected through Bluetooth. I disconnected them and then reconnected them and paired them again but still no sound. (Note they are fully charged.) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The question has been setup for connection to an iPhone 11. So this isn't the case, we need to discuss your TV correct? And you are paired directly to the TV? If so what model is it?

My MPOW-59 headphones are paired to an external transmitter attached to my LG television. As my original question stated, these headphones were paired and working fine for almost 2 months and then just suddenly stopped working, ie no sound coming through them from the TV. I just as just wondering why they stopped working and if there was anything I might do to correct this problem.

To confirm, the external transmitter has the normal paired light status on it ? What make/model is it ?
Another thing to try in way of testing if the headphones work is to try pairing them to something completely different like a smartphone. Does that work ?
