Cowin E7 : Mac Book Air isn't recognizing my headphones

This question relates to connecting a Cowin E7 BUY NOW to a Mac Book Air 2019 BUY NOW

My Cowin E7 headphones have connected to my iPhone and iPad for over a year with no problems. I just got a new computer - a Mac Book Air 2019 - and I was really excited about using my headphones with my computer but it won't recognize the headphones when I turn Bluetooth on. My computer does recognize other Bluetooth devices, and other devices recognize my headphones. I've tried restarting my computer, holding down the volume button, and other things suggested here. My iPhone still consistently recognizes the headphones but my computer never does. Any suggestions? I'm really anxious to get this working.

Just FYI I fixed this issue myself but for anyone having the same problem, turn off the Bluetooth in all other devices & try again. :)
