Marley Get Together : regulate the volume by using the laptop

This question relates to connecting a Marley Get Together BUY NOW to a Dell Laptop BUY NOW

The Marley connected with the laptop works perfectly, almost perfectly. The only thing is I can not regulate is the volume of the Marley by using the volume on my laptop. How can help me?

Can you explain in more detail? Are you controlling the volume slide bars in Windows, and it just has no effect ?

Hi Chris,
I try to regulate the volume of my Marley by the volume slider on the laptop (right corner taskbar) as wel as by the 2 buttons. Does not work. Btw the volume on/off button works perfectly

And has it always had this problem? Also if you pair to something else like a smartphone does it work ok ?

Yes, It has always been this problem.
If I use my smartphone it works ok.
