Hi Brady, are there any signs of life such as lights on it or does it appear dead at all times?

Yes there is a light on the back that turns on when I plug in the charger. And the power light glows red

Hi Brady. It sounds possible that you may be experiencing the same as the user in this other post:

I've seen users on other websites report the same problem. To clarify, holding the power button for a few seconds makes no difference ?

It does sound like it might be a bad battery or connection which I think is a likely cause of our other users problem with the speaker. Definitely query with your supplier if under warranty.

My speaker won't turn on and there's no lights even when I plug it in.. My speaker died on me while listening to music so I went to charge it left it alone and came back there was no light on and now it won't turn on

Mine has a red light when I plug it in but once I take the charger out, it seems powerless. It only works if the charger is plugged in and it use to work without having to be plugged in

We've now had quite a few of these reports of only working when on the charger.... this does suggest a battery issue of some kind and I would suggest returning for an exchange if within warranty. If we hear of any kind of fix we will let you know in this forum and likewise if anyone discovers a magic solution please do share.

Mine has always had this problem. The store I bought it from has gone out of business and it is long out of warranty. Ive found if I pull the battery out and plug the charger directly into the battery and leave it that way for several minutes, when I put everything back together, it will consistently for a couple of weeks. Then Ill have to repeat the process.
