Marshall Major 2 bluetooth reset

This question relates to connecting a Marshall Major II BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

I am not able to switch on my Major 2 Bluetooth device. I have charged it fully, however no operations are possible. Do you have any recommendations as to how to cope with this issue? What about a reset?

What lights does it show when charging, any ?

I have the same problem, after working perfectly they suddenly shut off and I haven't been able to turn them on since. When I try to charge it the light doesn't go on at all.. any suggestions?

I had the same problem and looked through user manual to find the way to hard-reset the device. As it says:
LOCATE RESET BUTTON INSIDE THE 3.5MM INPUT AND PRESS FOR AT LEAST TWO SECONDS USING A PAPERCLIP OR SIMILAR NARROW OBJECT
Just did it and then held power button for 4 seconds - the device switched on and began working properly.

Hi having the same problem, but I can't locate the reset button inside the input?

How does it look?

The button is black and located in the bottom of the 3,5 mm jack on the headphones.

Had the same issue with my Major 3,did not show any lights, didn't turn on or charge.
Did not know there is a reset button at the buttom of the jack, but it works again! Thank you so much for the solution!

I have the same problem with my headphone. It's a major III Bluetooth but I don't find the button in the headphones input

Hi Mason, if you press down the control button for at least 7 seconds until the light goes blue does it not reset and let you find it on your phone ?

My headphone don't lights up and i can't charge it. I have send an email to marshall and they have say to press the reset button but i can't find it.

My Major 2 bluetooth, is not working,i can't turn it on using the on/off button. The battery is charged and the LED turns red when connected to the charger. I pressed the reset button in the headphone jack but still not working.

Any suggestions ?
