Method Wireless earbuds failure

My Skullcandy Method Wireless function perfectly but only while it's charging, when I stop charging them, it don't even turn on. And when they are charging the led turns red but quiqly they turn blue all the time.

Hi Mike, thanks for the help but I already tried reseting them, but it don't even works

This sounds like a faulty internal battery then I'm afraid. If in warranty definitely return to your retailer.
