Mpow Flame 2 won't turn on

When I put my mpow flame 2 on charge they flash red and blue... When I take it off charging and turn it on they don't turn on... The last time they were on they turned themselves off and since then are not turning on.. I have tried turning it on while charging.

If you press the multi function button 7 to 10 seconds does the state change ?

Nothing happens at all.. I tried for 10s nothing happens

Ok it sounds like they may have a bad battery, I would suggest returning for exchange if within warranty.
