Whenever I try to play music through the system it plays very quietly, whereas the calls are all at an audible volume, I've tried to turn the music volume up while its playing by turning the knob on the remote and turning the volume up in my car but the volume is only affected when I change it on my phone. The highest volume on my phone however is quiet. Does anyone know how to change the volume of the music that is playing through the parrot system. If it matters the system is installed in a 2010 mazda 3. Help!!

The volume of streaming media is usually controlled jsut via the phone itself when using a Parrot. So whilst the music is playing back check that the phones bluetooth volume is high enough.... its to be expected somewhat oddly that the volume on the knob won't do much.
