My audio is fuzzy

This question relates to connecting an iWorld Mega Earbuds BUY NOW to a LG K30 BUY NOW

I turned on my headphones and linked them to my phone and was playing music and it was fuzzy and still is fuzzy.

Please confirm the model of your headphones. Were they working ok before this last usage when the sound went bad or have they always been bad ?
