My blackweb speaker will not connect to my phone (Samsung 5S)

This question relates to connecting a Blackweb bwa15av157 BUY NOW to a Samsung NP915S3GI BUY NOW

I originally was instructed to use Bluetooth and select SANDSTONE but this selection is no longer available in my Bluetooth options.

To check, the process you are describing is when you pair and need to locate the device from the list of available bluetooth devices? Can you confirm that the blackweb device is appearing ready to pair giving the appropriate light pattern/signals ? Also try pairing it to another device such as a computer or a friends smarthphone, is it any easier with them ?
