I was using my earbuds last night and they randomly stopped working. The light shows when they are charging and if I hold the button down it will flash blue and red before showing no light at all. I let them charge overnight to see if that was the issue but its still not working.

Just to clarify, can you see a model number on the box? Are these totally without wires (ie 'buds') or are they with a cable between the two ear pieces ?

They have a cable, model AAABLK100002887

Maybe you are not holding down the middle button on them long enough? If you hold down for around 2 seconds it will likely just turn them off. If you try to reset/repair by holding the middle button down for at least 4 seconds does it start to pair again ?

Lindsay responded : 12:16am, 29th September 2021 (1 year ago)
No matter how long I hold down the button they dont turn on, the only time a light will ever show on them is if they are plugged in.

Ok it sounds like a faulty internal battery. I would return to your retailer if within warranty.
