My bluetooth headsets recently stopped working

This question relates to connecting a JBL E55BT BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 BUY NOW

They were working perfectly, until one day, they started not pairing, and that is the state I am in right now.

So if you hold down the bluetooth button on the JBL device for at least 5 seconds, does that not invoke a change in them ?

I am facing the exact same problem!! Help!! It evokes a charge but it doesn't pair.
