Ever so often my E7 headphones will start skipping/dropping/cutting out while watching videos or listening to music. I've moved around all over, rebooted, paired them, hard booted the phone, everything short of throwing the headphones out the window! Please help me fix them! The battery level on both devices are charged, and no one else in the house had WiFi or Bluetooth devices on at the time of the issue

How often is this happening roughly? Are you sure its happening in multiple apps, not just one particularly demanding app for streaming video ?

It does it even when playing music that is downloaded to my phone! It doesn't matter if its streaming or not, it cuts out after a few seconds of normal audio. It's so aggravating!

Thanks for clarifying.... you are saying that it's doing this after a few seconds of the audio starting always ?

Yes, so if I shut the headphones off or disconnect them from Bluetooth and wait a minute or so and reconnect, they start working fine. And then after a few seconds or more they start skipping and sounding bad. It makes me think like the Bluetooth connection between them degrades even though there are no other Bluetooth devices on and active anytmwhere around me.

I am also having this problem. The Cowin E7 headphones skip and stutter constantly. It sounds like how it used to sound when a scratched CD was in the player. It's driving me insane.
