My devices do not detect my KOTION EACH B3506 headphones

Helo Guys, I also just bought the Kotion Each B3506 and tried it last night.
I thought I have the same problem with the bluetooth as you guys (when I give the power button, instead of flashing intermittently between red and blue only blinks twice in blue every 5 seconds, the phone or computer does not detect it) But apparently, I was the one who's wrong in following the instruction.
So basically these steps below would help you pair your bluetooth with this device:
1. Turn off the headphone, and make sure the headphone is turned off!
2. Now, don't just turn the power on, but hold the power button in about 5 seconds until you see the red and blue light blinks. Now the device is in pair mode, then you will be able to search it with your computer/ smartphone.
3. Not it should works as champ with bluetooth connection.

I found that once powered on, pressing the "call/accept call" button for a second or so, engaged the bluetooth pairing, the blue light flashing constantly.
The device was then discoverable on both phone and PC. The PC had to download some drivers, once this was done, all connected ok. hope this helps.

So guys faced the same problem but here's what worked for me...

I tried to reset it in some way because it was stuck at only blue light. So one combination worked before turning it on press volume up and down button and press all three together it worked for me hope so it works for you too if it doesn't try another combination until red and blue light starts blinking.
