Troubleshooting tips We have some extra troubleshooting tips for Tzumi Sound Mates devices - click to view
We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
If you are unsure if your SoundMates are charging or what the light colors mean there is clarification of that here.
When I sit my earbuds in the case they will light up red meaning they're charging then they will just stop completely no blue or red light sand I just purchased them at Walmart

This may well be a moisture issue. In theory though I would have expected after 5 days for them to have dried out.
We've had other users that had success getting one of the earbuds when dead working again by placing them both in the charger and taking them in and out whilst its on and then turning the charger off/on whilst they were in it. Occasionally playing around with the charging case like this has brought them back to life.

Fantastic Colin! Can you give any more clarity to exactly what you did to get them to start charging again ? This could help improve the advice given in future.

well I was holding them than I accidentally dropped them and they started to charge and I was wondering well maybe they were in the wrong position since then they've been charging but at one point they stopped charging and then one was just charging And then they both started charging again and I thought it was weird.
