When my earbuds are in the case they won't charge. No lights come on on the case but the buds them self will light up blue and red. I have read other reviews and topics and I haven't seen any that address just them not completely charging. HELP please!

Andy (Admin) responded : 8:05pm, 6th January 2019 (8 months ago) If you waggle the cable into the charger does it do anything ? Are you able to try another cable/power source ?
