If you waggle the cable into the charger does it do anything ? Are you able to try another cable/power source ?

I am having the same issue. My case wont charge. Ive tried wiggling the cord and using other cords. Still nothing. Is the case defective? It charged for a few weeks and then stopped. They are still new, less than a month old. The case has not been outside, so no chance it has gotten damaged. It stays on my counter by the charger.
