My JBL T450BT wont turn on or charge.

When i try to charge it the led flasher only for a few seconds. And when i try to turn it on sometimes it turns on for 3 or 4 seconds, sometimes it doesnt turn on at all. I've done everythin but i couldnt get it fixed. Any help?
