We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
When I put my right earbud in my case the case will have a blue light shine and the earbud will have a red light. But when I put the left one in it will show no light and neither will the case.

I have a brand new pair, and I am having the same exact problem. Right earbud lights up and charges, but the left one does not.

Mari, if the left one is dead at all points, never showing a sign of life, even when charging then I would exchange them

I was having the same problem a few weeks ago but could never figure out how you fix it so I just ordered another pair and threw the other one away.

i had the same issue, but i found a fix for my issue. left earbud not charging due to metal charging ports (inside case) were not completely in place in charging case, solution- used metal paper clip, inserted in charger case( two silver/golden ports) port and poked around it enough to get my left earbud to charge.
