My level u pro has wrong light indicators. Just stays white led when trying to pair. Not visible to any cellphones around

if i want to connect it to my phone it light turns white instead of green and red

It was working perfectly fine

If you hold down the answer button for around 10 seconds does that reset it?

It only turns to white light instead of green and red
