My Marley chant will not connect to either the ipad or phone

This question relates to connecting a House of Marley Chant Mini BUY NOW to an Apple iPhone SE BUY NOW

It used to connect to both devices, but now will not. Just flashing light. I have tried turning the devices on and off, still can't connect. I had the phone forget the device and now it cant find it.

Definitely unpairing from all your devices and starting over sounds like a good idea, with one of them turned off during the pairing with the first device so that it can't interrupt. Do you know the manual pairing buttons to press ?

Hi ! I have the same issue with my Marley Chant BT model EM-JA008. It doesn't even appear as a discoverable device when try to connect it to any device. The Bluetooth light keeps flashing all the time.
I tried holding down the Bluetooth button for 3 sec, volume button and Bluetooth together, etc but none of them worked.
