All of a sudden my Patio Buddy is flashing lights of all colors and won't shut off when I depress and hold down the on/off button for 2 seconds or more. It shows in my iPhone XR settings as connected. The music program will play through my phone but not through Patio Buddy even though it was paired, Bluetooth is on and the speaker is recognized.

However, when I stop the music on my phone, the lights on Patio Buddy flash. When I play on my phone speaker the lights on patio buddy go out as long as my iPhone speaker is not connected and patio buddy is but no sound from either device. ???? As soon as I switch to my phone speaker to listen instead of patio buddy the lights on the patio buddy continue to flash.

Yes Andy. This speaker box called it Patio Buddy but it does go around the umbrella pole and streams music through my iPhone that is.. when it worked!

If you've not had it on charge and it won't turn off, I assume it must now have turned off due to the battery discharging?

When you say it was flashing all colors, can you confirm what colours those are ?

Red, white, blue & green, if I recall. Yes, I let the charge run out so the lights would stop
