JBL T110BT : My right earbud isnt working!

This question relates to connecting a JBL T110BT BUY NOW to a Samsung J5 BUY NOW

My right earbud isnt working even if I try to reset it, it still doesn't work. I connected it to another device to check if the problem is in the earbud or not but it did the same, right side not working. Please help me asap!

This has to be a fault as these are wired between each other. I would exchange if you can if in warranty still.
