My Sony WI C400 doesn't want to turn on

This question relates to connecting a Sony Wireless c400 BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

My sony wi c400 doesnt want to turn on for 2 days now, it had gotten a purple light and now it doesnt want to turn on what do i do?

Plug it into the USB recharging cable - hopefully the LED will turn red ?
Now try to reset by pressing the power button and the play/pause button for 7 seconds
It should turn off and on and function again.

it didn't work any other methods?

Can you clarify at what step this didn't work? Did the led go red? Did it turn off/on after pressing the button ?

the LED did not turn red

Ok... if this isn't working for you then definitely contact sony and clarify if a warranty repair can be made. If they find a magic solution that doesn't require returning it please share with us here but from what other users have said it may have a fault.
