up till now my headphones have paired with both my laptop and phone without any problems but recently they've started making crackling noises when they're connected to my laptop. i tried listening on both spotify and youtube, but the problem doesn't seem to be with any particular app/website. i tried updating laptop, disconnecting+re-pairing the headphones, updating spotify but nothing has worked so far. if anyone knows what's up please tell...
thanks for reading!!

It sounds like this could this be an interference issue.... Are you able to turn off any peripherals connected to the laptop, in fact turn off the laptop mains power for a bit and anything else near the laptop that is on mains power.

the issue resolved itself! i think the problem was interference when the headphones were connected to both my phone + laptop at the same time.
