Hi there. It sounds like the routing of audio to the Parrot isn't fully enabled. You should check these settings under the bluetooth options by following the screenshots in this link. Note that the screenshots on this page may differ from yours somewhat but the idea is the same: http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/36657/a2dp-bluetooth-audio-randomly-shows-no-media

Hi there, I'm having similar problems with my parrot MKI9200. I have connected my phone Samsung S5 via Bluetooth with the parrot which confirms that the phone is connected to it. Then, when trying to listen music via Spotify, de display shows the song that's been played on my phone. Except, the car radio keeps playing and is not stopped like when making a call via the parrot and there is no sound of the song that is playing via spotify. I have checked my bluetooth settings on my phone which says that as well as my contacts and my media options are enabled so that can't be the problem. It has been working constantly up till now. Checked for updates on the parrot which I did today to see if that was the problem, but the update didnt solve my issue of having no music but seems like the parrot is thinking it does. Hope I explained this a bit clearly to you. Thanks, Shanna

Hi, I cannot control the system. It plays music with memory stick, from phone via Bluetooth. But all the switches are not working. I cannot attend calls, can't control volume, etc etc. I changed the battery (CR2032- 3volts),but still not working. Please help me. Thanks

On your Parrot device, go to settings, audio, and scroll all the way down To Mute on Streamimg. If you enable that function, you will find that your radio now becomes muted and what is showing as being played on your iPhone can now be heard.

Mike Summerfield, you fixed it for me, too. Neither Apple nor Parrot offered up much in the way of help but you nailed it. Many thanks.

Hi i have the same problem with the parrot mki9000, unfortunately there is no "Mute on Streamimg" in the settings menu. Do you have an idea how to fix it? the problem appeared after replacing the batteries in the remote control.
