JBL Xtreme : No sound when turned on

After I tried to play my iPhone 6s' song on this device and a Bose bluetooth speaker while connecting to both I found this JBL Xtreme can no longer produce a turn-on sound nor can it play any sound. But the power light is on and blue tooth connection is on. All speakers' cables are checked and connected to the mainboard well.

To check, in the iPhone's Bluetooth settings what is the status of the item, is it actually paired?
I would delete all historical pairings and try and pair again.

I had the same problem with no sound at all when powering on (not even the start up sound).

I repaired my JBL Xtreme 2 which had no sound, no startup sound no aux..but humming was produced and stopped when paused the music. There is one specific IC (chip) on the main board (AKM) which had bad solder joints. Just resolder it with hot gun. I hope it works. Cheers
