I have paired the wireless speaker to my device but only get a faint sound. If I up the volume I only get static

Have you/are you able to try the speaker on another device such as a phone to clarify if the speaker or laptop is more at fault ?

Thank you for taking the time...I have purchased wired speakers....end of problem~
