I have the B450 XT, and the noise cancellation doesn't work. Is there anything that well fix this problem.

The noise cancelling tech is automatic in these devices and is dependant on isolation of your voice from background sound. The simplest way to tweak is to experiment with distances of the mic from your mouth. They recommend to place it at 'about one fingers width away from your face at the corner of your mouth' but you may find that this needs experimentation still.
