JBL Go 2 : Nonresponsive

Plugged speaker in last night. Red light won't turn off, even after disconnecting from the power source. Will not connect to my phone

I apologize. It's a JBL go 2

To confirm, a hard reset of the device is possible by holding down the Bluetooth and minus buttons together when on. It takes a while, count for at least 10 seconds and you should see the lights go off.
