Tzumi ProBuds v2 : Not connecting to sound

My bud say thier connected but the sound is still playing through my computor

The most common problem is that Windows has a default/preferred output device and that often isn't changed to your just paired Bluetooth device automatically. So you have to go into the Sound Output preferences and manually select the Bluetooth audio device from the list of options. Can you confirm if you have done this ?
