They connected with my iPad no problem the first time I used them. As well as my iPhone. Now they wont connect to anything. A few times the blue light comes on, stays on, and then I cant turn them off. Ive used them a handful of times and theyre already acting up.

Same here sadly :( i havent switched devices but i use my iworlds on a daily basis but this morning they will not connect to my phone that has been paired with before i have charged them and all that jazz but im not sure what to do

Delete the pairing on the phone and then try try to force pair them again holding down the pair button. Does this not help ?
