We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
If you are unsure if your SoundMates are charging or what the light colors mean there is clarification of that here.
I bought this at Home Depot, the issue Im having is that left side dont power on and dont pair to right side. There is a way to reset or something in order to work properly.

Does the left side show any lights at any point when inside or out of the charger ?

It show red light when charging once off charging doesn't show blue light. It used to work but lately not working left side
