I got these headphones around a year ago, and they've been working relatively well, with only one major problem that I was able to solve (thanks to this website, actually, so thanks!). However, today, I turned them on and discovered that the right side of my headphones isn't playing any audio. When I tried to connect them to other devices, the problem persisted. When I tried to use the aux cord, the headphones didn't work at all. I know that at least some of the right side still works (the light and buttons work perfectly), but it won't play any audio. I also tried resetting it and plugging it in, but still nothing.

The only possible thing that could have happened that I can think of is that I walked in the rain with them for a bit yesterday, but they worked fine afterward. I also had them in my backpack all day, but I can't think of anything in my bag that could have made the right ear not work.

Certainly it could be water damage... if you have any dehumidifying silica gel or similar products that could assist in drying the device intensively I would recommend it.

It certainly does sound like there is something broken so not sure we can recommend much. We have heard of cables wearing inside of these so the rain may be a coincidence and it be an issue with the wiring.
