Tzumi Sound Mates
We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!
Only one ear bud comes on and charges the other one wont work at all. Ive cleaned all the contacts. What do I do know?

If it's really dead with no activity at all it would sound like an internal electrical/battery issue in that particular bud so there isn't much to suggest I am afraid other than return if within warranty.
