Only one side plays when in wireless

This question relates to connecting a Skullcandy Grind wireless to a Huawei p9 lite

I bought a Grind headphones, this work very cool ,later I needed to take a fly ,so I change the Bluetooth connection to cable connection again works very cool .when the plane arrived I switch to Bluetooth , but just one of the earphones works ,I check the balance but was right , so I tried charging the headphones , but the problem persist . I will love you have a solution ,something like a reset ,because with the cable the headphones work ,but in bluethoot mode ,just one the onoe that not have the controls work .
