Bluedio Hurricane Turbine : Only right channel in mono

It's only playing mono the right channel, even with cable. How to fix it?

Can you confirm if this is all the time on your Galaxy phone? Did it do this when you first started using it ? And what about apps, it's definitely with all apps, not just a particular one?

If it's constnat try paired to another phone to be sure. If still an issue it would likely be a wiring problem inside the device.

The problem is with any device i use, not only with bluetooth. Also if I use cable. It was ok at the beginning.

Ok so its definitely a wiring issue it seems.
