Mine started doing the same thing last night. I was using them just fine, then turned them off to do something else. Now they wont turn back on, and their light shows theyre full when I plug them up despite me not charging them yet.

Xiao, are you able to rule out problems with charger/cabling by using another cable/power source?

alex responded : 10:38pm, 29th August 2019 (3 years ago)
It lights up red flashing (as it should) when charging, but then when i unplug it from charging all night it wont turn on

Ive tried, Mike. Ive used different chargers in different rooms. Left it to charge for a few hours every time Id switch. Nothing seems to work.

We don't have a solution in this case right now, it may be that there is a fault so I would try to exchange if within warranty. If anyone has any other ideas please share!

I had the same exact issue (shows that its charging but wont turn on). I just held the power button while they were charging until the red light flickered & then took them off the charger & they worked again.
