How can I pair it with my device without unpairing it from my other device.

Most Bluetooth end devices such as speakers only remember their last pairing. Some expensive models do make it a feature to remember multiple pairings but the majority of items don't do this, so if you find that it won't connect to the original device automatically having been paired to a second device then your device isn't one with this feature.
