Please give more information, specifying exactly the steps you undertook to try and pair the devices together along with what feedback the devices gave (lights/sounds) and any error msgs either side reported.

As I stated my mobile is paired but the PC and the mobile both show "Not Connected". Tried every suggestion on the web + a factory reset on the phone. No joy. Can you help?

When you say that it "is paired" what is that based on, please give more details as to why you believe it is paired.
Also what version of Windows do you have ?

My mobile is paired already -the PC and the mobile both say it is so! I have unpaired and paired again several times I get a code to verify each time - Bluetooth on the PC and on the mobile still say "Not connected" - I am using Windows 10 with no bluetooth board, a UB400 Bluetooth dongle and an Ethernet to the web. Every remedy mentioned on the web has been tried Too many to list - to no avail - Now in the hands of TP-Link engineering Dept. to see if they can sort out the reason

Problem partly resolved. The UB400 dongle was not properly installed - had to load software from TP-Link web-site CSR Harmony Wireless Software Stack to properly install dongle- pix send OK from my Oppo A16s mobile to DELL Optiplex 3010 PC and back but don't know yet if Windows next update will reverse the dongle settings and I will have to Uninstall CSR softare and re-install it.
What did we we do before computers, eh?
