Pairing issue

This question relates to connecting a Yes BUY NOW to a Note 8 BUY NOW

I have bought the earbuds two nights ago and I've already ran into an issue with the ear buds not pairing. Instead I have to manually select both of them to pair to my phone, but it's not playing sound in both earphones only one. When it says pairing there is no chime and I've waiting till it automatically powers off for it to pair.
