Parrot MKi9200 not connecting to Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro

This question relates to connecting a Parrot MKi9200 BUY NOW to a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro BUY NOW

The new phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 pro does not show the Parrot in the bluetooth devices . I have unpaired the other phones but still no joy.
Is there an issue with Parrot Mki9200 with Bluetooth 5.
Please note it worked perfectly on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro that I had.

Bluetooth is backwards compatible, it should be able to work fine. Try going into the parrot settings and deleting phones from its memory as well as physically turning off your other devices when trying to pair the new Note 9

Thanks for the input. I did a factory reset on the Parrot kit and lo and behold the parrot kit popped up on my phone.
Therefore issue sorted.
