People I'm talking to can't make out what I'm saying. I have volume high.

Hi Don, unfortunately lots of others have had the same problem. See

There are a few ideas listed here such as downloading some software that can update the device not tested personally.

If its still in warranty it seems Plantronics won't have an issue replacing.
