people barely hear me

This question relates to connecting a plantronics voyager edge BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

People I'm talking to can't make out what I'm saying. I have volume high.

Hi Don, unfortunately lots of others have had the same problem. See https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/314881/Microphone+issues+Plantronics+Voyager+Edge

There are a few ideas listed here such as downloading some software that can update the device not tested personally.

If its still in warranty it seems Plantronics won't have an issue replacing.
