Philips SPA9080B Multimedia Tower Speakers : as soon as I switch on the power disturbing noise comes out

This question relates to connecting a Philips SPA9080B Multimedia Tower Speakers BUY NOW to an Aux BUY NOW

After switching on with power chord sudden disturbing sound comes out even though not connected to any device

This is a noise generated by the speaker woofer or a noise that is from elsewhere within the unit ?
